Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 2, 2026

This policy explains which personal data we process when you use evenkeelstudio.com, why, and what rights you have. In short: we count visits without cookies and without storing your IP address, we keep your email only if you ask for early access, and Google Ads measurement runs only if you agree to it.

1. Who is responsible

Digital Service GmbH
Seestraße 16
71638 Ludwigsburg
Germany
Email: info@online-infektionsschutzbelehrung.de

Represented by its managing director, Thomas Andreas Mücke. See also our Imprint.

2. Hosting and server log files

This website runs on a server rented from netcup GmbH (Karlsruhe, Germany) in the European Union. Whenever you open a page, the web server automatically records a log entry: your IP address, date and time, the page or file requested, the HTTP status code, the amount of data transferred, the referring page and your browser's user-agent string.

We need these logs to deliver the website, to find errors and to defend against attacks. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Log files are deleted automatically after 14 days at the latest.

3. Our own visit and click counting (no cookies)

To find out which product ideas people actually want, our website sends a short message to our own server when you open a page, when you click a "Reserve" button and when you submit the early-access form. We store:

  • the type of event (page view, button click, early-access sign-up) and which product page it happened on,
  • the date and time,
  • the domain of the website that referred you, if your browser shares it,
  • your browser's preferred language (for example "en-US") and whether you use a mobile or desktop device,
  • a country code, only if our web server derives one from your IP address at the moment of the request (the IP address itself is not stored with it; our server currently does not do this),
  • if you arrived through one of our Google ads: the click ID that Google adds to the web address (gclid).

We do not store your IP address in this counting, we do not set cookies for it and we do not store or read anything on your device for it. The click ID is removed after 90 days. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in measuring demand for our planned products (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

4. Early-access list

If you reserve early access, we store your email address, the product you chose, the time of sign-up and the fact that you ticked the consent box. We use your email address only to tell you about early access to that product: when it launches (with the 30% discount) or that it will not be built. We do not sell or share the list and we do not send a newsletter.

Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future, for example by replying to our email or writing to info@online-infektionsschutzbelehrung.de. We then delete your email address. Otherwise we delete it once we have sent the launch or cancellation message, and automatically 12 months after sign-up at the latest.

Providing your email is voluntary. Without it we cannot notify you, but you can read every page of this website.

5. Google Ads conversion tracking (only with your consent)

We advertise our product pages with Google Ads. To see which ads lead to button clicks and early-access sign-ups, we would like to use Google Ads conversion tracking. It is switched off by default. Only if you click "Accept" in our consent banner do we load the Google tag (gtag.js) from Google's servers. Google then sets cookies on your device and receives information such as your IP address, the page you are on, the ad click ID and the fact that a conversion happened. We receive only aggregated reports, not your identity.

Provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA. Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, for which the European Commission adopted an adequacy decision on 10 July 2023 (Art. 45 GDPR).

Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and Section 25 (1) of the German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act, TDDDG). You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future using the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page and choosing "Decline". If you decline, Google receives nothing from us; our own counting in section 3 still works.

We remember your choice in your browser's local storage under the key "ek-consent", so we don't ask on every page. Storing this choice is strictly necessary to respect it (Section 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG).

More about how Google uses data: policies.google.com/privacy.

6. Fonts

We host all fonts on our own server. Your browser does not contact any font provider when you visit this website.

7. Contacting us by email

If you email us, we process your email address and message to answer you (Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR) and delete them when the matter is settled, unless we are legally required to keep them.

8. Recipients

Besides our hosting provider (section 2) and, only with your consent, Google (section 5), we do not pass your data to anyone unless we are legally required to.

9. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data (Art. 15), to have it corrected (Art. 16) or deleted (Art. 17), to restrict processing (Art. 18), to data portability (Art. 20) and to withdraw any consent you gave (Art. 7 (3)). Where we rely on legitimate interests, you have the right to object to the processing for reasons arising from your particular situation (Art. 21). To use any of these rights, email info@online-infektionsschutzbelehrung.de.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for us is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information Baden-Württemberg, Heilbronner Straße 35, 70191 Stuttgart, Germany.

10. No automated decisions

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.

Ad measurement We'd like to use Google Ads conversion tracking to see which ads help people find us. It sets cookies and sends data to Google. Our own cookie-free visit count runs either way. Details
